Toneify (“the App”) provides AI-assisted color grading for user photos. This Privacy Policy explains how the App collects, uses, and protects information when you interact with it.
Toneify requires you to log in using your Google account to access the App’s features. We collect and store the following personal information via Firebase Authentication:

We use Firebase to authenticate users and store account-related data (username, email, user ID, credits, purchase history) to provide a personalized experience and manage your credits.
The App encrypts the uploaded photo and style description and transmits them to a Toneify processing service located in the United States. The server uses this information solely to generate a color-graded version of the photo and returns the result to the App. We do not use your uploaded photo content for analytics, advertising, or other secondary purposes.
We use the Facebook SDK to track app installations and measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). This allows us to understand how users find our App and improve our marketing efforts. The Facebook SDK may collect information such as your device identifier, IP address, and app installation events. This data is processed in accordance with Meta’s Privacy Policy.
Account Data: Account data (Username, Email, User ID, Credits, Purchase Records) is stored securely using Firebase. This data is retained indefinitely to maintain your account status and purchase history, unless you request deletion.
Image Data: User photos and style descriptions are processed entirely in volatile memory on the server. The service does not write this information to persistent storage, databases, or logs. Once processing completes and the result is returned, the data is discarded.
You have full control over your data. You can delete your account and ALL associated data (including Username, Email, User ID, remaining Credits, and Purchase History) at any time through the following methods:
Toneify uses encrypted network connections to safeguard data in transit between the App and the Toneify server. We maintain technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your content while it is being processed and your account data while stored.
Toneify is distributed through the Google Play Store and offers in-app purchases. Payments are handled by Google Play Billing, and Toneify does not receive or store your payment credentials. We do store a record of your purchases associated with your account to manage your credits. Please review Google’s privacy policy for more information about how they handle transaction data.
Toneify is not directed to children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has submitted content through the App, please contact us so we can delete the content.
Because Toneify’s processing servers are located in the United States, your photo and style description will be transferred to, processed in, and stored (temporarily in memory) in the United States regardless of your location. By using the App, you consent to this transfer.
You have the right to access and delete your personal information. Please refer to the ACCOUNT DELETION section above for instructions on how to delete your account and data.
